Someone who lives reasonably close to me, and is interested in casual and/or NSA fun.
I'm interested in casual NSA fun, and I don't want someone wasting their time, unless they're also interested in casual NSA fun. The goal is for an IRL meetup, ... so I don't want to waste your time if you're not close enough to me for that.
