I bet youve been trudging through all of these profiles, one after another, some even twice, in hopes of finding and meeting that one special guy. He may not be perfect, but youre not looking for perfect. Youre looking for what you feel you deserve to have in another person. Why deserve? Why not? Youve worked hard to get where you are. Every morning you woke and took on what the day had to offer. You climbed over that mountain, zigzagged across that valley and even floated down that stream. Now, you find yourself with a screen in front of you, all these different pictures to look at and all these different words to read. When all you really want to do is just find a decent guy with the same good/strong morals and values you have. Interests come and go, but good character is instilled from early on and lasts a lifetime! Lets say its a Saturday morning. Youve busted hump all week long. He wakes up, but lets you sleep in that extra thirty minutes or an hour, because he knows its your off-day from a workout. He gets in the shower before you, so that you can have the bathroom all to yourself when you get up. He even wipes down the shower when hes done. He will have made coffee and fixed you breakfast. Nothing fancy, a couple of eggs, a bagel or maybe even one of those blended concoctions you like, but remember, hes not perfect. He just likes doing this for you. You read about this shop thats in DeKalb and would really like to check it out. You know that hes not crazy about shopping, but he doesnt hesitate to go with, because he knows that this is something you enjoy doing. Besides, it wouldnt be right to have you drive all the way out there by yourself. You really like that hes a little old fashion this way. During the ride, you let him put his iPod on shuffle. You dont like everything he listens to, but you know he has such a diverse taste in music, that youre bound to hear something you want to sing to or crank up! You do this, because you know, music is something he really enjoys. While youre shopping around, you ask one of the locals for suggestions on a good place to have lunch. If the weather is warm, a street cafe, where you can both people watch. You end up laughing and enjoying yourselves so much, that the time just flies by. Its getting towards late afternoon and theres this movie you both have been waiting to see. So, you go to the 4:00 show to beat the rush. Afterwards, you stop for something to eat at that local Italian or Mexican restaurant you both love. You discuss the good and the bad of the movie youve just seen. Youre both laughing and talking so much, that the time flies by again. When you get home, you both decide to curl up on the couch to unwind. For the umpteenth time you watch Uncle Buck, Love Actually or one of those cute Pixar films you both love. The kind of movie that doesn't require a lot of concentration. After all, its getting late. The next day, maybe, itll be his turn to sleep in and be surprised by breakfast. Who knows what youll end up doing? The main thing is ... youll be doing it together. If youd like to meet a guy like this, send me a wink or an email. You never know? I just may be looking to meet a girl like you!
I seek trust, honesty, understanding, sincerity, love and sharing, sharing the good times and bad times together with no fear of what the world might put upon us.
Dating now is a lot like going shopping when you don't have any money. Even if you find the right thing, you can't do anything about it.
