How do I register?

Registration is quick, easy, and completely free. Simply fill out the registration form on our Register page. A valid email address is required so we can contact you regarding your account. We never request any personal details beyond those you choose to provide.

I haven't received a verification email

Check your email spam or junk folder, as sometimes messages can end up there, especially if it's your first time receiving an email from us. If you still don't see a verification email, please try signing up again. If the system has already registered your email address and you cannot use it to sign up again, please contact us for assistance.

My verification email link doesn't work

If the link we sent you doesn't verify your account, it may have expired if more than 3 days have passed since you signed up. In this case, you'll need to complete the registration process again. Please note that we are unable to manually verify email addresses.

Why do I get diverted to a photo upload or profile edit page when I sign in?

When you sign in and are diverted to a photo upload or profile edit page, it's because your profile needs to be fully completed to access the Flirthut service. You must upload at least one photo, and if your photo is not approved, you'll need to upload a new one that meets our criteria. This ensures all members are protected from those who might misuse the system. After all, no one wants to chat with someone they know nothing about!

I forgot my sign in details. What should I do?

If you've forgotten your sign-in details, don't worry - it happens! Simply go to the Forgot My Details page where you can reset your password. To do so, you'll need to know your email address and username. If you've forgotten your username, you can still sign in using your email address, and once you're signed in, you can retrieve your username. If you're unsure of the email address associated with your account and have also forgotten your password, you'll need to create a new account. Please note that for security reasons, we are unable to assist with password or sign-in queries via our contact form.

Why has my account been temporarily suspended?

Your account may be temporarily suspended if it has been repeatedly reported for violations of our Terms of Use. Suspensions typically last up to 3 days, after which your account will become active again. If your account has been suspended, please make sure to remove any offensive content once it's reinstated. Offensive content typically includes inappropriate profile pictures or harassing messages. Although this is rare on Flirthut, we take it seriously to ensure that all users can enjoy a safe environment to meet others.
