How do I keep getting up in the morning? My partner and I split up 2 months ago, after 7 years together. Devastated doesn't even come close. I can't get out of bed, I can't sleep when I'm there, I cry constantly. If I make it to work I snap at everyone all day, then burst into tears. I know my friends are avoiding me because they think I should just 'get over it' but I can't I'm a mess. I've lost 2 stones which I guess is a plus but I just have a hole in my heart and feel sick constantly. Will I ever feel normal again?
