Watch a comedy, take a look at some funny clips on YouTube, meet up with a mate who makes you laugh, whatever it takes to get you laughing just do it! It will lift you out of a bad mood and release those happy endorphins just like exercise does.
3. Think positive – about anything and everything. If you’re in the car, think green lights, think open road, think free parking space. Don’t allow yourself to be negative about anything or anyone for one day and see what a difference it makes to your day. You’ll be pleasantly surprised, believe me!
